ABOUT THE PRESS

Tilted House is a small, independent book press in New Orleans, Louisiana.

We follow an extramural ethos, bridging gaps between academic and self-directed poets and artists alike;

embrace and disturb boundaries of poetic tradition;

and produce collections of both digital work and intimately-made, relief-printed material (i.e., letterpressed books, chapbooks, broadsides, and other art objects);

with the intention to exemplify artistic elasticity, attentive collaboration with our authors, and the elegance of the handmade.
