Blue Ye

I dreamt I cracked open the

Skull of Kanye West &

Found unnamable jewels the

Color of Prussian blue &

A tin voice purred to me

Follow God

And in the news I was

Celebrated not as grave-

Robber but Indiana Jones of

Hip-hop boneyards which

Marked me a target among

Thieves of raiders & my

Indigo precious stones were

Auctioned as priceless & the

News eschewed my deed &

Over the passage of 808

Heartbreaks my mind flung

Its dignity into Davy Jones’

Locker & a tin voice purred

We slithered into an unearthly world &

We’re the cleanup crew.
